General

Due to huge demand, we don't send previews before processing the product. But if you would like to see a preivew, please leave a note in the cart page, we will make sure to send you a preview by email once ready. 

Yes, you can edit or cancel your order during 12 hours since order is placed. If 12 hours has passed, orders can't be edited or cancelled. 

Unfortunately for the time being, we don't do special request designs, but we are working hard to make that option available soon. 

All order are usually processed in 5-7 business days. That gives our team the time to create a truly unique product for you. Each order goes through multiple checks to ensure that you receive the highest quality possible. 

Shipping

All shipments are handled by either FedEx or UPS. Delivery time estimates are shown below:

USA & CA: 2-4 Business days

UK & Europe: 1-3 Business days 

Yes of course, once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking information of your shipment. 

Returns

Becuase your order is custom made for you, it is not subject to refunds. If you have a problem with your final product, please email us and we'll do our best to make sure you're happy.

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, let us know and we'll send out a replacement as fast as possible! Note that while we do not refund faulty orders, we do replace them as quick as we can. 

Please contact us as soon as you notice the damage and/or defect. We will offer you a replacement and send it out to you as fast as we can.
